These regulations are the rates and charges (rebates and deferments) amendment regulations 2018. These regulations amend the rates and charges (rebates and deferments) regulations 1992. Sets rebate limits for eligible seniors and pensioners for water supply, sewerage, drainage, rates under the local government act 1995, and underground electricity.
