Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27/07/2022 are required by the personal representative Margaret Jane Tranquille and Lynda Michelle Tylor of c/- Luna Legal Group of [contact details redacted] 6100 to send particulars of their claims to them by 21/07/2025, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they have then been given notice.
