Notice is hereby given to all landowners/occupiers within the Shire of Gingin, that bare earth cleared firebreaks must be installed and maintained from 1 November 2017 until 31 May 2018. Details provided for land of varying sizes. Persons who fail to comply with the requirements of this order may be fined up to $10000. A permit to burn must be obtained during restricted burning periods.
