ZZ401 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants Notice of intended distribution of estate. Pursuant to Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA). Notice is hereby given that John Francis Paul Soter, Executor of the Estate of Olga Soter, late of Western Australia, deceased, intends to distribute the estate of the deceased. Probate of the Will of the late Olga Soter was granted on 9 December 2025. All creditors and other persons having claims (whether as creditors or beneficiaries) in respect of the estate of the deceased are required to send particulars of their claims to the Executor within 30 days from 9th January 2026. After the expiration of that period, the Executor intends to distribute the estate having regard only to the claims of which he has notice and will not be liable for any claim of which he has no notice at the time of distribution.
