In the matter of Maxine Jean Fear, late of [contact details redacted] persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 September 2023, are required by the executor and trustee of her estate, Donald Lewis Cockle, to send particulars of their claims to him of c/- Cockle Solicitors, [contact details redacted] (31) days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
