Fire Break Orders 2020/21 — Shire of Gingin
Requires landowners in the Shire of Gingin to install and maintain firebreaks between November 1, 2020, and May 31, 2021.

Notice is hereby given to all owners and/or occupiers of land within the Shire of Gingin that bare earth cleared firebreaks must be installed and maintained from 1 November 2020 until 31 May 2021. Persons who fail to comply with the requirements of this Order may be fined up to $10,000. This Notice and information is effective from 1 October 2020. All previous Firebreak Orders are hereby cancelled.
