I, Tom Griffiths, being delegated by the Minister of the Crown to whom the administration of the Local Government Act 1995 is committed by the Governor, and acting pursuant to section 6.28(1) of that Act, hereby, and with effect from 24 October 2024, determine that the method of valuation to be used by the Shire of Broome, as the basis for a rate on the mining tenements referred to in Column 1 of the Schedule (Mining Tenement), in respect of the portions of land referred to in Column 2 of the Schedule (Portion of Land), is to be the gross rental value of the land.
