I, nathan harrison, director aquatic resource management as delegate of the chief executive officer of the department of fisheries, western australia, hereby give notice that on 3 october 2017 a pearl oyster hatchery licence was issued to clipper pearls pty ltd, pursuant to section 23(1) of the pearling act 1990. Under section 33(1) of the pearling act 1990 a person aggrieved (as defined in section 33(10) of the pearling act 1990) by my decision may apply to the state administrative tribunal (sat) for a review of the decision.
