The salaries and allowances tribunal has issued a determination with respect to the appointment to the prescribed office position of president of the mental health tribunal. The determination of the salaries and allowances tribunal made on 20 june 2017 under sections 6(1)(c), (d) and (e) of the salaries and allowances act 1975, as amended from time to time, is hereby varied by a determination set out below. This variation is effective on and from 30 december 2017.
