I, Bill Johnston MLA, Minister for Energy for the State of Western Australia, under section 120A(1) of the Electricity Industry Act 2004 hereby establish the Pilbara Networks Access Code contained in this document. In accordance with section 41 of the Interpretation Act 1984, this Code comes into operation on the day of its publication in the Gazette.
