Creditors and other persons having claim (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 12 december 2024, are required by the executors, jennifer ellen colgate, jane louise leggat and bruce william nevard of care of costantino & co, po box 1304, west perth, western australia 6872 to send particulars of their claims to them by 17 july 2025 after which date the executors may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
