Notice Text
I hereby declare in accordance with the provisions of sections 96A and 97 of the Mining Act 1978 that the undermentioned mining tenements are forfeited for failure to comply with statutory requirements being failure to pay annual rent. This notice comes into operation at 12:00 midday on the day of publication.

Declares specific land as an excluded area under the Mining Act 1978 and cancels a previous notice.
Notifies holders of mining leases M 08/311, M 39/500, M 39/1077, M 45/1232, M 47/257, M 47/1415, M 47/1420, M 47/1462, M 74/249, M 77/606, M 77/607, M 77/989, and M 77/1259 of the intention to forfeit them unless outstanding royalty payments are made by October 6, 2026.
Notifies Kimberley Metals Group Pty Ltd of the intention to forfeit mining leases M 80/599 and M 80/600 unless outstanding royalty payments are made or a submission is received by October 5, 2026.
Forfeits exploration licence E77/2666 held by Paul Finis due to failure to pay annual rent.
