Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27 october 2018, are required to send details of their claims to the executors, michele joy cornwell and winston ralph bell, c/- po box 546, mandurah wa 6210 within one month of the date of publication of this notice. After such date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
