In the matter of kathleen frances negus, late of unit 2, 11 bindaring parade, claremont, western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21 july 2021, are required by the executor and trustee of her estate, william joseph cockle, to send particulars of their claims to him of c/- cockle solicitors, po box 32, north fremantle wa 6159 within thirty-one (31) days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
