Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice MX405 as published in the Government Gazette on 2 February 2010 and limit the speed of all vessels to 5 knots within the following area—hillarys boat harbour: All waters of the Hillarys Boat Harbour bounded by the breakwaters and by a line from 31°49.390′s, 115°43.889′e (the north-western extremity of the southern breakwater) to 31°49.420′s, 115°44.015′e (at the end of the northern breakwater) but excluding the boating prohibited area. All coordinates based on gda 94.
