Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the above named deceased who died on 18 september 2019 are required by the administrator, jan warnock, to send particulars of their claims to her within 1 month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
