Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates), in respect of the above-named deceased who died on 16th day of October, 2022, are required by the personal representatives, Slade Alexander Elliott Burnet, of 9b Kavanagh Street, Wembley, Western Australia 6014, and Glen Robert Turner, of Unit 53, 25 Best Street, Lane Cove, New South Wales 2066, to send particulars of their claims to them within 30 days of the publication of this notice, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
