Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 20 february 2020, are required by the executors of the deceased erin king and karren hapgood of 17 cottage park way, kewdale, wa 6105, to send particulars of their claim to them by 31st october 2020, after which date the executor may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
