On 29 August 2024 the Commissioner for Consumer Protection (Commissioner) served a notice on the above-named Associations (the Associations) pursuant to section 145(1) of the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 (Act) informing it that if it did not show cause on or before 60 days after the day on which the notice was given (Allowed Period) the incorporation of the Association would be cancelled. The Association did not show cause within the Allowed Period. Therefore, pursuant to section 147(1) of the Act, the Commissioner orders that the incorporation of the Associations be cancelled with effect on and from the date of this order.
