Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of nazmi naguib mikhaiel late of 128, sixty-eight road, baldivis, western australia, who died on 1 august 2022 are required by the executor of this estate, nancy mikhail, c/- williams + hughes 25 richardson street, west perth wa 6005, to send particulars of their claims to the executor at the address below, within one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
