Provides funding to eligible schools through per capita grants.

Funding for school education will be paid under this order and the guidelines to eligible schools which apply for funding. The amount of funding to be paid to the governing body of an eligible school will be, in respect of its eligible students a Per Capita Grant, a Special Education Supplementary Per Capita Grant and a High Support Needs Per Capita Grant.
