In the estate of Joseph Alexander Turner, late of [contact details redacted], deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates), in respect of the abovenamed deceased, who died on the 24th day of August 2018, are required by the personal representatives, Slade Alexander Elliott Burnet of [contact details redacted] 6007 and Glen Robert Turner of Unit 53, [contact details redacted] 2066 to send particulars of their claims to them by the 7th day of December 2018, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
