Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 october 2022, are required by the trustee, mark andrew bargarey to send particulars of their claims to him by the 15th day of february 2023, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
