Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3rd december 2019, are required to send particulars of their claims to phillip john martin and jake codie martin, the executors, c/- lane buck & higgins, post office box 182, narrogin wa 6280 within one month after the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the executors then have notice.
