Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 26 may 2021, are required by the executor, jacobus johannes de klerk, to send particulars of their claims within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
