Order made by the Minister for Environment under section 9(3)(b) of the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984 to excise a portion of land from State Forest No. 24, situated about 4.5 kilometres west of Bowelling, comprising of Lot 102 on Deposited Plan 410934. The area is to facilitate the realignment and upgrades to Coalfields Road.
