You were given notice on 2 May 2017 that the following goods: the vessel “Gypsy 2”, being an 8.5 metre plywood cabin cruiser, registration number AE148, HIN AU-TWA015890AG3 situated at Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour, Fremantle, Western Australia was ready for redelivery. Unless not more than one month after the date of the giving of this notice you either take redelivery of the goods or give directions for their redelivery, the Department of Transport intends to make an application to the Court for an order to sell or otherwise dispose of them in accordance with the Act.
