Notice Text
Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the above named deceased, who died on 10 june 2015, are required to send particulars of the claims to the executor, (see address below) within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regards only to claims of which notice has been given.
