Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 8 September 2025 are required by the executors, Kathleen Moffat Gardiner Brown and Janis Dickson Wittber of care 123A Ardross Street Ardross WA 6153, to send particulars of their claim by the date that is one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice. ———————————
