These regulations amend the Fish Resources Management Regulations 1995, covering topics such as charter boats, protected rock lobsters and crabs, finfish types, billfish, tuna, pot setting rules, rock lobster parts storage, fishing tour participation, abalone zones and fishing seasons, possession of fishing gear and abalone, demersal scalefish, rock lobster labeling, and fishing tour records.
