I, dave kelly, minister for fisheries, western australia, hereby give notice under section 97(9) of the fish resources management act 1994 that i have granted two aquaculture leases to harvest road oceans pty ltd (acn 165 170 445) at southern flats and kwinana grain terminal in cockburn sound for terms ending 31 may 2026. details of the leases are available from the register maintained by the department of primary industries and regional development, perth.
