Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Pipelines) Regulations 2022
Regulates pipeline construction activities requiring ministerial consent.

These regulations apply to a pipeline that is subject to a pipeline licence or that is under construction, or is proposed to be constructed or operated, and when constructed or operating, will be a pipeline subject to a pipeline licence. A person must not engage in an activity relating to the construction of a pipeline unless the Minister has granted a consent to construct the pipeline.
