Notice Text
The Minister for Health orders the transfer of assets, rights, and liabilities of the State, acquired or incurred on or before the Transfer Date, to the South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS). A reference to the State in respect of items transferred by this Transfer Order has effect, on and after the Transfer Date, as if the reference were to SMHS. The Schedule referred to in Table B has been signed by the Minister and may be inspected at the Department of Health, Royal Street, East Perth.
