These rules are the Magistrates Court (General) Amendment Rules (No. 2) 2019. These rules come into operation as follows: rules 1 and 2 on the day of gazettal, the rest on the day after. These rules amend the Magistrates Court (General) Rules 2005, deleting the definition of 'courts electronic system' and inserting 'ECMS'.
