It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Town of Victoria Park Town Planning Scheme amendment on 12 December 2019 for the purpose of modifying the Town Planning Scheme No. 1 Precinct Plan P12 ‘East Victoria Park’ by recoding the property at No. 384 (Lot 3) Berwick Street, East Victoria Park from R30 to R60.
