Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of the Partnership Act 1895, Section 48 that the partnership heretofore existing between Aileen Rozanne Yvonne Edington-Just, Vanessa Marie Florence Marchin, and David Bruce Errey, trading as Il Pirata Caffe Pizzeria at Unit 2, 136 West Coast Drive, Sorrento WA 6020, will be dissolved by mutual consent effective 14 December 2020.
