It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale Local Planning Scheme No. 3 on 23 June 2026 for the purpose of amending Schedule 1 of the Scheme Text to insert additional use conditions for Lot 12 (No. 101) King Road, Oakford, restricting it to Industry—Light—(A) with specific conditions regarding environmental impacts, technical studies, and cancellation of existing poultry farm approval.
