You were given notice on 21 january 2019 that the following goods: the vessel “tarquin”, being a 14.2 metre fero-cement yacht, registration number 81118, situated at carnarvon boat harbour, carnarvon, western australia was ready for redelivery. Unless not more than one month after the date of the giving of this notice you either take redelivery of the goods or give directions for their redelivery, the department of transport intends to make an application to the court for an order to sell or otherwise dispose of them in accordance with the act.
