Notice to creditors and claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates), in respect of the estate of halina lichocik late of 87 east street, mount hawthorn who died on 5 december 2017, are required by the administrator, jason jozef cowland, to send to solicitors for the administrator, templar legal pty ltd, p.o. box 8243, subiaco, 6008, particulars of such claims by 27 september 2021. After such date, the administrator may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the administrator then has notice.
