Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 15 of the Petroleum Pipeline Act 1969, an application has been received from apt parmelia pty ltd to vary licence pl 1, parmelia gas pipeline. As the part of the public transport authority’s thornlie-cockburn link extension project, the parmelia gas pipeline will be relocated in two locations to accommodate the addition of new passenger rail line parallel to the midland to kwinana freight lines. At these locations, the pipeline will be lowered and replaced with the heavier wall thickness pipe. The relocations will be installed using a bypass to maintain supply to downstream customers.
