Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who was found deceased on 16 february 2019, are required by the personal representative sara samera pardowski of c/- lynn & brown lawyers, po box 1114, morley wa 6943 to send particulars of their claims to her by 13 august 2019, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
