In the matter of the estate of Peter Elvison, late of 2a grimsel court, coodanup, western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 february 2019, are required by the executor angela myers, to send particulars of such claims to angela myers of 4 beaumaris crescent, mortdale nsw 2223, within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
