Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 17 April 2003, are required by the executor and trustee Craig Alan Gregson of Level 2, [contact details redacted] particulars of their claims care of Gregson & Associates, po box z5017, st georges terrace, perth, western australia 6831 on or before 30 days from the date of publication of this notice after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
