Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 5 september 2016, are required by the executor and trustee of the estate, caroline lai fong woo, c/- suite 89, 1101 hay street, west perth, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to her within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor and trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
