Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers enabling it, the Council of the City of Fremantle has resolved on 25 March 2026 to make the following repeal local law. This local law may be cited as the City of Fremantle Local Government Model By-laws (Signs, Hoardings and Billposting), No.13 Repeal Local Law 2025. This local law commences 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The City of Fremantle Local Government Model By-laws (Signs, Hoardings and Billposting), No.13 as published in the Government Gazette on 11 April 1980 is repealed on the day this local law commences.
