Order made by the Minister under section 10.3 of the Act relating to local government response to COVID-19. Modifies sections of the Local Government Act 1995 regarding electors' meetings, public access to information, annual budgets, interest on money owing, differential general rates, limit on revenue from general rates, and minimum payments.
