This order is the local government (Perenjori – declaration of vacancies and appointment of commissioner) amendment order 2020. Clauses 1 and 2 come into operation on the day on which this order is published in the gazette; the rest of the order on the day after that day. This order amends the local government (Perenjori – declaration of vacancies and appointment of commissioner) order 2019. In clause 6 delete “30 may 2020.” and insert: 6 june 2020.
