Notice to creditors and claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates), in respect of the estate of John Charles Rowe, late of 4b Green Vale Heights, Leeming, wa 6149, retired accountant, who died on 23 september 2025, are required by the executors, nicola janet fletcher and charles edward rowe, to send to solicitors of the executors, balfour meagher pty ltd, 45 ventnor avenue, west perth wa 6005, particulars of such claims within three (3) months of this notice, after which date, the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
