Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, albert morton kent, who died on the 22nd day of october 2018, are required by the executor, barbara ann brayshaw, to send particulars of their claims to her care of e w gray lawyer, po box 317, esperance wa 6450 on or before the expiration of one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
