Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 09/01/2025, are required by the personal representative care of Leading Edge Legal Pty Ltd, Level 27, 44 St Georges Terrace, Perth WA 6000 to send particulars of their claims to them within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, at the expiration of which time the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
